Returns policy and process:

To return an item that you have purchased on our web store please follow the below returns process:

We only accept returns within 14 working days of the date you received the product. We will only refund if the return is in accordance with our returns policy. A voucher with the value of your purchase (transport fees are not included) will be issued. You can exchange the voucher in our shop within the period of a year. 
In accordance with the Spanish Act 23 of 10 July 2003: The Sale of Goods Act.

Please preserve the protective plastic coating of the article, any other components and in the case that the factory has wrapped the box of the product in plastic protection,  you must store this as well, i.e. please do not unseal the product. The box and accessories of the item may not have marks or any other signs of that you have used the product. Also, the package may not have any stickers, writing marks or damage caused after manufacturing.


· We do not offer refunds for consumable products such as CD's, DVD,'s memory cards, paper, ink cartridges, software, map updates andproducts that have been ordered exclusively for you.

Process:
 
To return a product please follow the steps listed below:

1. Login to your Customer Account

2. Click on purchase history and details

3. Click on the details of your order

4. Select the checkbox right next to the product number you wish to return.

5. Briefly tell us the reason for your return.

6. Click Start refund.
 

Your refund will be subjected to authorization by NavionTruck, you will receive a message in your mailbox to inform you that you can sendthe package to our office.

Please remember:

Any product returned against payment of freight costs will be refused. We will not accept orders where the payment will be made on delivery.


Once we have received the product, our technical service will analyze the product to see if it is in perfect condition and appropriate to be offered for sale again.

If you have failed to fulfill the conditions for return, you will receive a message stating that your return has been denied and the product will be returned. You will pay for the transport fees.

If the product is suited to be offered for sale again, you will receive a message to inform you your return has been accepted and you will be assigned a voucher with the value of you purchase (transport fees not included), the voucher may be redeemed at our web store within the time limit of a year. The refund does not include shipping fees if the new purchase has the same value as the voucher.  


The voucher number will be reflected in your Customer Account and you will receive an email notification with information about the voucher within a period of 48h.
